Prioritize Your Day | Take a moment out of your day to reflect on your strengths before the busyness begins. | |
Think about all the things you've done in the past day. Think of all the people you helped, all the work you accomplished, anything you pushed just a little bit further toward being done. Now, think about the moments of your day at work yesterday that demonstrated your most highly concentrated talent. Think through the following questions: | | - Out of everything that you did or thought or felt, what was slightly better than what you've done or thought or felt before?
- What was slightly better than what someone else could have done?
- What was easy and excellent for you?
| | | Narrow in on three things you thought of. Those are your places of strength — where you excel the most. Consider how you can be more intentional in doing more of those three things. It will bring you more ease, excellence and enjoyment. While asking yourself these questions, take a look at your CliftonStrengths report to see how your best moments at work line up with your dominant strengths. | | |
