Airline Service Quality Performance Data – October 2025 Tuesday, January 13, 2026 BTS 26-07 The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) today released its Airline Service Quality Performance data compiled for the month of October 2025 for on-time performance, mishandled baggage, mishandled wheelchairs, and scooters.    For additional information and interactive charts on transportation's role in aviation, please visit BTS' Aviation Facts and Figures.
