[Go Make Things] Accessibility is woke now?

​ According to the current United States government, diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility are discriminatory… {Some loser in the US government} shall coordinate the termination of all discriminatory programs, including illegal DEI and "diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility" (DEIA) mandates, policies, programs, preferences, and activities in the Federal Government, under whatever name they appear. Resistance to spending the time and money to build things accessibly is going to get stronger in the coming years. Pushing for accessibility in every corner of what you build—whether its formally your job or not—is a great way to maintain hope, protect the vulnerable, and resist fascism. The Accessibility Project has a ton of great resources. And for a deeper dive, I've heard nothing but fantastic things about Practical Accessibility by Sara Soueidan. Stay woke, I guess?
