| | FTA today released videos highlighting changes to the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities Program Guidance 9070 Circular, part of a series of training videos for recipients and stakeholders as part of the recent publication of newly revised program guidance. Starting on October 18 and ending today, every Friday, FTA posts videos summarizing grants management information and highlighting the requirements outlined in each of the revised circulars. We encourage grant recipients who administer FTA-funded projects to watch the videos as they are released. Enhanced Mobility of Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities Program Guidance (Circular 9070) is the fifth and final video series and is designed to provide recipients and stakeholders with a better understanding of changes made to FTA's official guidance on the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors & Individuals with Disabilities Program (Section 5310). The first session video introduces Circular 9070 and provides a high-level overview of changes and a program overview including: Designated Recipient and State Role in Program Administration, and Eligible Projects and Requirements. The second session video discusses program administration and coordinated planning. It includes Program Management and Administrative Requirements, State and Program Management Plans and Appendices.
