Read more Is Ton really building a new chain? 🏗️   A new Layer-2 for The Open Network?   In collaboration with Polygon Labs, the TON Application Chains (TAC) will serve as a gateway to the Ethereum ecosystem, utilizing Polygon's CDK and interoperability protocol to enable EVM compatibility on the Ton ecosystem.   However, the project is backed by The Open Platform, who are investors and builders with a focus on TON, and is not being officially developed by the TON team themselves, as some users may have misunderstood.   To clear up any confusion, representatives from Ton have denied any relation between the TON blockchain and TAC.   According to Anthony Tsivarev, the Director of Ecosystem Development at the TON Foundation, the efforts are being led by Bemo, an independent third-party team building on TON.   TON's Ecosystem Lead, Alenka, also reaffirmed that the TON Foundation does not actually develop any products.   Editor's Note: It seems pretty early to even consider a scaling solution for Ton, but the real question is, will EVM compatibility bring more users to the network?
