The Four-Day Workweek Rub | | It seems like everyone is talking about the four-day workweek, but does it really create a better work environment? Our latest workplace audit, based on over 12,000 interviews with U.S. employees, shows that while there is a significantly higher rate of thriving (wellbeing) among those doing four-day weeks, a shorter workweek also correlates with higher levels of employee disengagement. Going Back to Afghanistan | | As the world focuses on the Middle East conflict and Ukraine, a massive, forced repatriation is taking place on the Pakistan-Afghan border. Hundreds of thousands of Afghans are now heading back to their country of origin, among them some children seeing the nation for the first time.
