In the ongoing FTX bankruptcy proceedings, advisors for the collapsed crypto exchange have obtained court approval to sell assets held in digital trusts from Grayscale and Bitwise. These assets are collectively valued at nearly $873 million as of today.
The move is aimed at recovering funds to repay creditors, including exchange customers.
In other news, Pando Assets has filed for a spot Bitcoin ETF with the SEC, Wormhole has raised $225 million, Ronaldo is sued for allegedly promoting unregistered securities on Binance, and Binance is set to end BUSD support on December 15.

Swiss asset manager Pando Asset has submitted an S-1 form to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF.
If approved, the Pando Asset Spot Bitcoin Trust would be listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange, with Coinbase serving as the custodian.

Wormhole, a developer platform facilitating communication between different blockchain networks, has secured $225 million in funding at a $2.5 billion valuation.
Notable contributors to the funding round include Jump Trading, Brevan Howard, Coinbase Ventures, and Multicoin Capital.
