A Delaware district judge has granted approval for the bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX to proceed with the sale of billions of dollars' worth of its cryptocurrency assets.
In August, the debtors had submitted a proposed plan stipulating that the estate's token sales would be overseen by a financial advisor. Under this plan, the estate would initially be restricted to selling a maximum of $100 million worth of most tokens per week. However, it also allows for the possibility of permanently raising this limit to $200 million on a token-by-token basis.

Telegram Messenger has introduced TON Space, a self-custodial crypto wallet based on The Open Network, for its extensive user base of over 800 million monthly active users. This wallet will be available through Telegram settings, as announced by The Open Network Foundation.
From now on, all Telegram Wallet users can utilize TON Space, with Telegram Wallet being a bot enabling the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. In November, this self-custodial wallet will become accessible to Telegram users worldwide, except those in the United States and select other countries.

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has taken action against the creators of the project Stoner Cats, alleging the sale of unregistered securities during the launch of NFTs in 2021.
Stoner Cats 2 LLC, responsible for the NFT-based cartoon project, has consented to a cease-and-desist order and will pay a $1 million civil penalty while not admitting wrongdoing. Additionally, the company will dispose of any remaining NFTs it holds and create a "Fair Fund" to reimburse investors who bought the NFTs during the initial sale.

Crypto services provider Paxos has been revealed as the entity responsible for setting a record for the single highest payment of a Bitcoin transaction fee, which appeared to be a result of a "fat finger" mistake.
On September 10th, an unidentified entity paid a fee of 19.89 BTC, equivalent to approximately $500,000, to transfer a mere 0.008 BTC (valued at $200).
