Riding the Bandwagon

Direxion, a major player in traditional finance, has joined the competition in the crypto exchange-traded fund (ETF) space by submitting a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a fund that combines Bitcoin and Ether futures.

This move coincides with six other companies also filing for ether futures ETFs in the same week.

Gaming giant Bandai Namco has introduced RYUZO, an AI-driven virtual pet NFT game that allows players to own and interact with unique virtual pets represented as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

The game is built on the Oasys blockchain platform, which has attracted other significant game developers like Ubisoft and Sega for their blockchain-based projects. Ubisoft is working on a tactical RPG called Champions Tactics: Grimoria Chronicles, while Sega's Virtua Fighter franchise has also been involved in an NFT collaboration on the Oasys platform.
