Several key executives at Binance, including General Counsel Han Ng, Chief Strategy Officer Patrick Hillmann, and Senior Vice President for compliance Steven Christie, have departed from the company due to concerns over CEO Changpeng Zhao's handling of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation.

Their departures follow the earlier resignation of Matthew Price, a former IRS agent who was leading Binance's global investigations and intelligence team.

Uniswap v4 is expected to be released after Ethereum's Cancun-Deneb network upgrade and a subsequent security audit.

The Cancun-Deneb Upgrade is scheduled for the end of September, followed by a comprehensive audit. Uniswap v4 will introduce new features such as hooks, enabling greater customization in liquidity pools, including dynamic fees, on-chain limit orders, customized on-chain oracles, and flash accounting for net balance transfers, resulting in significant gas savings.
