ANDROID DEVELOPERS Did you know? • We now consider categorical searches (like "racing games") as "Explore" rather than "Search" traffic in Play Console reporting. • Navigational searches for your app's name or closely associated brand are still categorized as "Search" traffic. • This change means that some titles could see a significant shift in traffic attribution from "Search" to "Explore", but no overall change in the number of visits.
