How Can You Develop Your No. 4 Strength to Make the Most of Your Days?

Part of the beauty of focusing on what you do best is that you can develop your strengths infinitely — but development doesn't happen in a vacuum. By intentionally applying your strengths in various situations (personal, work, social, family, etc.) and then reflecting on how it felt to use your strengths in that way, we deepen our understanding of and ability to use our strengths to their full potential.

Think about the things that have come easily to you lately. What do those things have in common? List three goals that were easy to meet, three tasks that felt effortless or three conversations that filled you with energy. Then try to make those things happen often. The goals, tasks and conversations that come naturally to you can give you clues about what your strengths are.
