Recognize How Your Strengths Bring You Clarity | Take the next five to 10 minutes to think about your dominant strengths. | |
Different strengths are going to help you find clarity at different times and in unique ways. So, as we think more about clarity, imagine how it truly feels to know the answer to something. When you feed your strengths, they bring an element of clarity, of certainty, of calm. Answer these questions to recognize how your strengths bring you clarity: | | - What gives you clarity? Depending on your strengths, it might be time, plans, chaos, talking, studying, doing, sorting.
- What brings you clarity? Your greatest strengths give you power. That power is comforting.
- When in the past week have you felt certain in a decision you made? What strengths did you notice?
