How are kids feeling these days? We asked U.S. parents whether their children experienced several specific emotions during a lot of the previous day — and then compared our findings to those from March 2020, revealing the emotional toll that the pandemic has taken on the youngest Americans. In addition to their emotional experiences, we also asked Americans to rate how their lives are going overall. As lockdowns ease and the economy recharges, Americans hit a new high on how well they feel their lives are going. Across the globe, we look at water security in Egypt as concerns about the impact of the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam loom large.
