Dave subscribed to Peacock for the month so our non-cable family could watch the Super Bowl and the Olympics. It's so fun to pick and choose exactly which events we want to watch, and to watch whenever we want!
Figure skating is, and likely will always be, my favorite event. What about you?
Not much going on around here... we're in a nice lull until Spring Break when baseball and track start up. Then our schedule feels pretty crazy through the end of the school year!
We have no plans for Valentine's, but Dave and the kids do have Winter Break, so we'll get a nice 4-day weekend. If you want to make a fun Valentine's Dessert, try the fruit pizza recipe linked below and make it with all red fruits. 🥰
