This is how we do lunch, pretty much every day in the summer!
I set out already chopped up fruits & veggies, dips, breads, meats, cheese, and a variety of sandwich toppings... and everyone makes their own thing, usually heading outside to eat on a picnic table by the pool.
It's easy, it's quick, it's fairly nutritious, and everyone gets to choose (within reason) what they want to eat.
Dave said back-to-school lunches might be rough after having a buffet all summer. 🤷♀️
