Some parts of work feel easier for a reason. It's not luck, it's talent. When you focus on what you naturally do best, you move your career forward faster with more clarity and less resistance. Start here: | | What Feels Easy? New Research Reveals Strengths Patterns | Gallup researchers asked over 3,000 adults to rate how easy or difficult they'd find common work situations — things like task switching, unclear instructions or meeting new people. Then they paired those responses with each person's CliftonStrengths to explore how talents influence work experiences. This month, we're spotlighting two domains: Executing and Relationship Building. The findings reveal insights into who you can count on when work gets tough. Executing Domain: Strength in Action People with Executing strengths bring consistency and drive, especially when the path forward is clear. These individuals shine when work is predictable and goals are concrete. People high in Achiever® and Focus® are more likely to say it's easy to get work done without anyone to use as a sounding board. Their ability to bring structure, follow-through and generate dependable momentum proves invaluable when it's time to deliver. Need to turn plans into results? These are the people to count on. Relationship Building Domain: Steady Through Complexity Those with Relationship Building strengths bring connection when trust is strained. People high in Includer® are more likely to say it's easy to work with teammates who don't trust each other. Similarly, people high in Positivity® are more likely to say it's easy to work with clients who hold different values and with teammates in conflict. When team dynamics are tense or unclear, people who lead with these strengths can restore confidence and belonging right when it's needed most. Next month, we'll explore how people with Influencing and Strategic Thinking talents show up and how you can lean on them to lead, adapt and reframe the path forward. | | Live a Fuller Life With Your Strengths | | Your strengths shape how you work and evolve. When you align your development with what energizes you, progress comes more naturally. Every strength develops in its own way. Focus® builds through goal setting. Developer® improves by helping others grow. Strategic® thrives by thinking ahead. These preferences aren't just personality traits — they're clues for how you develop best. | | | | When you understand how your strengths shape your growth, you can choose roles and projects that fit you better. And when you share these insights with colleagues, they can support your development in more meaningful ways. Ask yourself: - What kind of growth feels most natural to me?
- When do I feel like I'm learning or improving in ways that stick?
- What conditions help me make the most progress?
The more intentionally you work with your strengths, the more momentum and meaning you'll bring to your career and the people growing alongside you. | Haven't discovered your CliftonStrengths yet?
