I wanted to share something new I’ve been quietly working on behind the scenes, it’s called The Dev Diaries. It’s a video series that follows real builders in web3, documenting their journey from idea to mainnet launch. No fluff, no hype, not selling a token, just the raw process of turning a weekend hackathon project into a real startup. The first episode is live now, and it follows José Toscano and Joseph Anthony, who built a product called Freelii, raised over $70,000 in funding, and are now preparing for mainnet launch. There’s a lot of noise in the crypto space, but not enough content showing what building in web3 actually looks like, the late nights, the pivots, the real conversations between teammates trying to figure stuff out. My goal with The Dev Diaries is to make something that’s useful, real, and maybe even a bit inspiring. If you’re a developer curious about web3, or a founder figuring out how to navigate this space, this series gives you a front-row seat to how it’s done. We cover everything from funding to feature development, all the way to launch strategy — with real code, real challenges, and lessons learned along the way. Thank you to Stellar who partnered with me to make this content and have been incredible to work with over the last six months. Hope it brings you some value. And if you have any feedback you can always reply to these emails, I’d love to hear what you think. More episodes are coming soon. #Web3 #DevDiaries #Sponsored #Stellar #Soroban #Rust #SmartContracts #Builders #Founders Social links are below and if you enjoyed this newsletter I would appreciate it if you could share this content |
