| Failure to comply with the General Directive may result in enforcement action, in accordance with FTA's authorities under 49 U.S.C. 5329, including but not limited to withholding up to 25 percent of financial assistance under 49 U.S.C. 5307. FTA will continue to take reports until January 10, 2025, before considering enforcement action. Responses must be submitted via SMS Report. If you started a response in SMS Report but have not received a confirmation email, make sure you select the "submit" option in SMS Report to ensure FTA receives your response.
