The product will be issued by Valour, a digital assets investment firm based in Canada.
According to the firm, the Valour Core ETP will allow more traditional investors to gain exposure to the CORE token, which is currently available for trading on Sweden's Spotlight Stock Exchange.
Earlier last week, Valour released another exchange-traded product that tracks the price of Hedera's native HBAR token, known as the Valour Hedera ETP, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
In fact, Valour has issued exchange-traded products for various cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum, Solana, and Polkadot, as well as yield-bearing products for Ethereum staking. However, since the Core ETP was launched, the price of CORE has remained unchanged. Editor's Note: We've clearly gone beyond ETH and SOL ETFs here, but it's worth noting that the trading volume and market cap of these exchanges are several orders of magnitude smaller than the US markets. Following the acquisition, the Frame team will join forces with Igloo Inc. to develop the Abstract Chain, a new Layer-2 network designed for building on-chain culture and communities.
According to the Frame team, the Abstract Chain will utilize zero-knowledge technology in combination with EigenDA to provide developers with fast transactions at lower costs.
Previously, Frame had allowed eligible NFT traders to claim an airdrop of FRAME tokens.
