A Powerful Duo

Combine Engagement With Strengths for a Multiplier Effect

A teacher speaks and gestures with her hand while students listen as they sit in a circle in a classroom.

When faculty, staff and administrators know their strengths, they're able to do more of what they do best and deliver a unique and meaningful educational experience.

However, when you combine strengths with engagement, your faculty feel seen and developed and are more likely to have lower burnout and turnover.

In fact, teachers who are engaged are 62% less likely to leave their district, compared with teachers who are not engaged or are actively disengaged.

Moreover, highly engaged educators and staff members produce more engaged and emotionally attached students with lower levels of absenteeism, higher academic achievement and greater levels of on-time completion.
