[Go Make Things] Putting the JAM back in JAMstack

I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Mike Neumegen, my favorite Kiwi, about the future of Jamstack for his What the Jam podcast series.

We talked about a lot of things, including…

• Why I think JAMstack was a more useful approach when it was spelt with the capital JAM and actually an acronym.
• How SPAs built with React are technically Jamstack by definition, but not in spirit.
• How server-rendered HTML might actually be Jamstack in spirit, even if it's not by definition.

• How the Jamstack is just one tool in a bigger toolkit around building simpler, faster websites (and one that's not always the right fit).
