This expansion is in response to new regulatory requirements that have led some cryptocurrency firms to halt their services for U.K. customers. These regulations necessitate clear risk labeling and system changes and were enacted on October 8.

Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, is reportedly considering an initial public offering (IPO) in 2024, according to Bloomberg.
This move comes after the company had discussions with advisers about the possibility of going public. While the potential valuation of Circle in an IPO remains uncertain, it's worth noting that in 2022, it was valued at $9 billion when it attempted to go public through a blank-check deal.

Wintermute founder and CEO Evgeny Gaevoy alleged that the NEAR Foundation and Aurora did not fulfill their commitment to convert $11.2 million worth of the stablecoin USN for the FTX estate. This claim was made in a Twitter post on November 7th.
Gaevoy asserted that Wintermute received a final offer of 20% of the $11 million. He also stated that Wintermute would explore "all legal avenues" against NEAR and Aurora, the organizations involved in facilitating the transfer of assets from the Ethereum network to the NEAR protocol.
