| National Press Releases Justice Department Announces Charges in Connection with Foiled Plot to Assassinate U.S. Citizen in New York City A superseding indictment was unsealed in the Southern District of New York alleging murder-for-hire charges against Indian national Nikhil Gupta, also known as Nick, in connection with his participation in a foiled plot to assassinate a U.S. citizen in New York City.
