The strategic investment arm of Saudi Arabia's NEOM megaproject, known as the NEOM Investment Fund, has proposed a $50 million investment in the crypto gaming investment company, Animoca Brands.
The primary aim of this partnership is to promote the development of Web3 infrastructure in the NEOM region, aligning with the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 plan.

Kasikornbank, Thailand's second-largest bank by assets, has announced its acquisition of a local cryptocurrency exchange through a subsidiary.
In a letter submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Kasikornbank, often referred to as KBank, disclosed that it purchased 97% of the shares of Satang Corporation Co. Ltd., the operator of a digital asset exchange.
This acquisition was completed on October 27. The bank intends to rebrand Satang as Orbix Trade Co. Ltd., as stated in the filing.
