The defendants are alleged to have exploited their connections to FTX personnel to prioritize their withdrawals over other customers.
The lawsuit aims to recover approximately $157.3 million.

Starting October 1, Bybit will stop accepting new UK user applications, and from October 8, existing UK users won't be able to make new deposits or trades but can reduce or close positions until January 8, 2024.

NFT marketplace OpenSea has reported a security incident involving one of its third-party vendors that may have exposed users' API keys.

Upbit, South Korea's largest centralized cryptocurrency exchange, temporarily halted deposits and withdrawals after mistakenly identifying a scam token impersonating Aptos.
The fake APT token's code contained a flaw that resulted in a deposit of approximately $250 in affected accounts. If the scammers had added two more decimals, it could have led to a $25,000 airdrop to each affected account.
