Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, is completely exiting the Russian market due to ongoing legal risks. It has sold its Russia business to the cryptocurrency exchange CommEx.
Last month, Binance's peer-to-peer service removed five sanctioned Russian banks from its platform, which had allowed users to transfer rubles to each other. Additionally, The Wall Street Journal reports that Binance was facilitating money transfers out of Russia.

Decentralized oracle network Chainlink has introduced its Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) on Base, an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling platform developed by Coinbase.
This integration enables developers using Base to create cross-chain applications and services that can communicate, transfer tokens, and perform other transactions across various blockchain networks securely.
