Decision Delayed

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed its decision on the Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) application submitted by ARK 21Shares.

In an issued order, the SEC has requested public feedback on the Ark 21Shares Bitcoin ETF application, a routine step that extends the decision-making process by several more weeks. According to regulatory procedures, the SEC has a window of 240 days to finalize its decision after initiating the review of an application.
