This move coincides with the company's ongoing consideration of a potential sale deal. In recent weeks, its parent company, Digital Currency Group (DCG), was reportedly nearing the completion of a $125 million transaction involving the sale of a share in the company.

Taiwanese music celebrity Jeffrey Huang, also known as "Machi Big Brother," has withdrawn a defamation lawsuit against internet sleuth ZachXBT.

In a bilateral announcement on August 14, Huang expressed that Zach has provided valuable contributions to the crypto community, and that pursuing legal action against him was not the right path after Zach made a series of amendments to his article that sparked the defamation suit from Huang.
