Agreement Reached!

Digital Currency Group (DCG), the parent company of bankrupt trading firm Genesis Global Holdco, reached an in-principle deal with Genesis creditors to settle their claims, a Tuesday court filing showed.

Should the plan be finalized, it might lead to projected reimbursements ranging from approximately 70% to 90% for unsecured creditors in terms of U.S. dollars, with a recovery rate of 65% to 90% based on the denomination of the digital asset for in-kind restitution, the filing outlined.
