Welcome to Front Page, where we break down Gallup's latest insights on our constantly evolving world. Here are the five insights you shouldn't miss this week: | 1. America's Partisan Perspectives: The Long View | | Lots of chatter out there about the partisan divide, and it's only likely to increase as we approach the primary season. So, let's put numbers to neurons. Here are some of the issues where the partisan split has grown over the past 20 years. It's likely a preview of what you will hear most about from those in primary competitions. Front Page subscribers get this preview of a deep dive publishing next week. Latest on Political Parties | 2. Got AI? | | When it comes to AI, it's hard to find a workplace that hasn't contemplated its uses and potential job-eliminating impact in the not-so-distant future. Behold the brave few who have already begun to use it to improve, or complete, daily tasks in their jobs today. Explore Gallup Workplace Insights | 3. Among the most notable is a 22-percentage-point drop in confidence in the military. Read Article | 4. Half in, Half Out | | Last week, we shared how much those who work as managers are thinking about leaving their current employer — and an inquisitive reader followed up, asking, "What about the folks they manage?" Great question! We find exactly half of U.S. workers today say they are actively looking for a new gig. With a soft, non-job-killing landing on inflation looking more and more likely, employers are likely to see this number continue to rise. Explore Indicator | 5. What's Going on in Israel? | | Despite months of mass protests in Israel, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pushing through a far-reaching judicial reform agenda aimed at weakening the country's Supreme Court. The last time we asked Israelis, a majority expressed confidence in their country's judicial system, likely a reason why there has been so much pushback on the PM's efforts.
