Amidst increasing regulatory scrutiny Binance-branded stablecoin BUSD, TUSD has become the fifth largest stablecoin by market capitalization.
Blockchain data reflected on crypto intelligence platform Nansen showed that crypto exchange Binance has been leaning in on trueUSD, minting about $130 million worth of TUSD in the past seven days alone.
The recent uptick brings TrueUSD's stablecoin circulating supply to grow beyond the $1 billion mark, being the highest since August.

Creators of flagship NFT project Bored Ape Yacht Club, Yuga Labs, have announced the launch of its inaugural Bitcoin-based NFT project later this week.
The Bitcoin NFT collection TwelveFold will consist of 300 generative art pieces via the Ordinals NFT which has taken Bitcoin by storm.
This first Bitcoin foray comes as a surprise to many due to Yuga Labs' departure from its traditional approaches; such as narrowing on Ethereum-based projects and projects with over 10 thousand items.

Ethereum's test network Sepolia has undergone a successful upgrade that simulates the highly anticipated Shanghai Upgrade.
The Shanghai Upgrade will mark Ethereum's complete transition to a fully functional proof-of-stake network, enabling validators to withdraw rewards earned from adding or approving blocks to the blockchain.
Following this, the next step before the Shanghai fork goes live will be to release the upgrade on the Ethereum Goerli testnet, which is expected to commence in March.
