Forty percent of U.S. workers report that their job has had a negative impact on their mental health. Add that to the fact that education employees were among the most burned-out groups in the U.S. workforce in 2022, and it becomes clear that education leaders need to address wellbeing in a significant way this year.

Wellbeing and engagement are connected. They are reciprocal, and both have a unique impact on the life and performance of your students, faculty and staff.
