That's a question that we've been asking workers around the world, in partnership with the Wellbeing for Planet Earth Foundation, as we explore how wellbeing is defined and experienced across cultures. Of late, we've been tackling wellbeing at work — where many of us will spend up to nearly a third of our lifetime — and are finding a big gap in life ratings between workers who enjoy what they do and those who don't.
