Learn more --> How I healed my Diastasis + back pain. In other news... We celebrated Nora's half birthday over the weekend. James kept saying, "I can't believe you're 10... AND A HALF! She also had her first piano recital last night and did great! I get to go on a field trip with Simon's class later this week and he's so excited... he also let me chop about 3 inches off his long floppy hair! James splits his time at home between reading, Legos, and basketball... mostly basketball though. We're still not sure if he'll shoot left or right-handed! Clara's last day of preschool is tomorrow... summer, here we come! Finally, if you're interested in canning jam using freshly picked berries, but you just don't have the time RIGHT NOW... use my time-saving, sanity-saving jam-making tip and simply freeze your berries now and make the jam later.
