New on the Blog: More than 30 easy BBQ sides everyone will love! This past week was a mix of sweatshirts and swimsuits as temperatures fluctuated more than 50 degrees in just a few days! We made the most of our time outside when the weather cooperated, and we had inside fun on the freezing rain days. Nora ran her first 5K! She finished around 30-minutes and had so much fun running with a bunch of girls from school. Dave chaperoned his high school's band/orchestra tour, and while he was gone, I crossed so many projects off my list! I split and transplanted several perennials, gathered and chopped a bunch of wood for future bonfires, scraped loose paint off the front porch and repainted the steps and railings, cleaned out the gutters, spruced up the outbuilding porch, and set up our patio furniture both inside and outside the building. Now we'll just wait for the warm weather to stick around! Simple Food.
