Organizations are rated on a scale of "not cost-effective" to "highly cost-effective" and are issued a cost-per-outcome impact statement. For example, we've determined that every $50 donated to Sightsavers can cure one person of blindness. Generating Impact & Results scores is a complex process, requiring the development of a sophisticated methodology for each program type and the use of technological systems to analyze detailed data from nonprofits.
