Growing into stronger, better, more talented versions of ourselves can feel overwhelming. For a moment, cut out the noise and start by focusing on this simple way to apply your strengths today.

Check In and Check Out
Take a little time in the morning to check in with yourself. How are you feeling? Which strength is firing off for you? Which strength is eager to be fed? Do this check-in every morning.

Then in the evening, check out. What did you accomplish? How were your strengths at play? How did your natural ways of thinking, feeling and behaving show up?
