| | The last few days remind us again about the unpredictable and uncertain nature of life as it unfolds. And while the events unfold globally, they affect us all in a personal way. Mindfulness offers a path of protection, of resilience and care, in times of so much challenge. It helps us meet our fears with courage and compassion. Please offer yourself some extra space and care in the face of so much stress. Even a few minutes of practice will help you with the depletion and exhaustion cycles of stress.
| If time and space allows, and if the heart inclines to it, I welcome you, with this final reminder, to join one of the classes I am offering starting next week: | If you are a MBSR graduate or have attended in-depth Mindfulness training before, you are welcome to attend any of the following advanced classes to deepen understanding of mindfulness and heart practices.
| Tuesdays starting March 8 from 6 pm to 7:15 pm | Wednesdays starting March 9 from 10 am to 11:15 am | Tuesdays starting April 5 from 6 pm to 7:15 pm | Wednesdays starting April 6 from 10 am to 11:15 am
| Need based financial assistance or installment payment options are available on a case by case basis. I am also happy to accept payment by check if you are not comfortable paying online.
| If you have significant medical or mental health concerns or have been through particularly stressful or traumatic events, please email me so that we can be sure this class will be a good fit for you and I can be sensitive to your needs. I also ask that you please have appropriate outside therapeutic support lined up during the 8-week class.
