Shopify's CEO, Tobi, has said that the most rewarding part of building a business is being on a journey, doing challenging things, surrounded by friends. I couldn't agree more. Bushbalm wouldn't be where it is today without my co-founders and our team. They've worked hard to make Bushbalm a success even when it felt like things weren't working. These days, we have a small but mighty team that handles marketing and design, customer service, wholesale operations, among other areas.
