I'm mixing things up just a bit today... mainly because I'm super passionate about today's topic and just had so much information to share! So... today's blog post and vlog BOTH share aspects of Dave and my recent journey to gain a little more freedom from our smartphones (specifically to reduce how often we touched our phones). I break down the process into 5 simple tips that will help to train your brain and your body to touch your phone less often, model healthier behavior for your children, and grant you some much needed freedom from your phone! As a fun little "extra", I'm sharing my current phone wallpaper! As I mention in the post and the vlog, our phones are simply tools. We can use them wisely or foolishly -- and speaking from experience, life is more enjoyable if we use our tools wisely.
